TRAMP CHAMP @ JUMP NZ

JUMP NZ will host their second event with the FTA & GRT; one of the very popular T.R.A.M.P CHAMP Series in the New Zealand/Australia and our first qualifier for the GTGamesANZ, both sponsored by Gravitated Equations & GEETramp.

We bring you a fun meet-up & friendly competition comprising of a game of T.R.A.M.P! Your ticket includes admission to the park from 18:00 - 21:00 on Friday night for a fun Meetup with the GRTCrew, plus admission for a training session on Saturday from 12:00 - 16:00 (4 pm) prior to the competition from 16:00 - 22:00, a TRAMP CHAMP T-shirt supplied by Gravitated Equations and a pizza party following the event. We will also be giving out some amazing prizes, including one automatic entry to the GTGamesANZ to the Overall Beginner, Junior & Senior Winners of T.R.A.M.P CHAMP, to be held January 24 - 25, 2020 at Takapuna Beach.  

*NEW THIS SEASON* We are offering three (3) age categories based on your skill level: Beginner, Junior, & Senior; Ages 10 - 21 will be able to compete. The winners from each group will receive an automatic free entry to the GTGamesANZ in 2020.  Travel to the GTGamesANZ will NOT be included in this prize. This is not a cash prize.

What is A GAME OF T.R.A.M.P? 

The game of TRAMP is similar to HORSE or Add-on where athletes try to one-up each other in a friendly game of  “who can match the trick.” Each time an athlete is unable to land the skill they receive a letter. Athletes will be put into groups of 4 - 6 and assigned to a trampoline. A set time limit will be enforced to keep on schedule. Once an athlete has all the letters accumulated in TRAMP they are eliminated.  The winner is the one with the least amount of letters and they move on to the next round.

 

Each athlete will take a turn to set the next round to ensure all athletes have a chance to set. The GRTCrew will act as judges at each trampoline will keep everyone on track as well as record letters of all athletes. Combinations of no more than 4 skills will be allowed unless agreed upon by entire group on that trampoline.

Athletes must call ‘landed’ or ‘not landed’ prior to the new set skill and as well as positions, number of bounces allowed etc. Skills deemed not landed means the athlete can land on their knees or back/rear-end. Hands touching the trampoline DO NOT count as landed. 

 

Double Bouncing will NOT be allowed until the finals, or as determined by our judges based on skill level !  For a complete set of rules please CLICK HERE! 

Athletes who have the least number of letters when the time is up will be declared the winner by the judge assigned to their trampoline.
