Wild West Meetup at Woodward West

ANNOUNCING the NEW Wild West Meetup at WOODWARD WEST! We are so excited to be partnering with this great action sports camp facility for 2024.  Anyone can attend the event, ages 11 - 21+ for a fun weekend of training with Greg Roe & Domitrick.

The Meetup Ticket gives you access to Woodward West from Friday, August 23 at 3 PM until Sunday August 25 at 11 AM.  It also includes the following:

• A bed in one of the cabins for 2 nights (Friday & Saturday) shared room
• Official Wild West Meetup T-shirt
• Woodward x GTGamesUS refillable water bottle
• Swimming
• All spectacular Woodward meals from arrival until departure - cafeteria style buffet
• Water, juice & Gatorade during your stay
• Access to some Woodward activities, such as skateboard ramps (if you whish to bring your board), movie night, bonfire, bowling & a special tie-dye t-shirt you make yourself

Anyone under 18 should be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.  Parents can book a family room to stay with their child on-sight at a reduced rate.  This includes meals but no activities.  There are also some cabins just offsite you can book, but please email us for prices and details. 

Additional Ticket Info:

The Spectator ticket includes Woodward activities, a bed and all meals; but no t-shirt. You cannot compete unless you are invited, but you can still come and watch, and enjoy the Woodward Camp experience.

The Parent ticket includes a bed and all meals; but no t-shirt or Woodward activities. Parents must stay in a room/dormitory with their child, if under 18 but can also book a separate room if your athlete is over 18, but you would like to come and watch and have a great place to stay.  Woodward has given us this great value, potentially saving parents over $150 - 2 nights hotel (average $150/night & meals (average 5 meals $100).

Anyone under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult.

WOODWARD also has a canteen /store you can purchase snacks anytime, so bring some cash for treats! 

REMEMBER:  Anyone can attend and purchase a ticket to enjoy the weekend at Woodward.

Ticket holders must present their tickets on entry. You can either print your ticket or present the digital version sent to you. 

If you have any questions please contact us. If you can’t attend the event, please get in touch. There are NO REFUNDS. All sales are final but if you can't attend you may transfer your ticket to someone else who is invited or wishes to come and spectate.
