WAIVERS

All participants are required to complete their waiver online before taking part in any FTA event, class, clinic, camp, or competition. Online waivers help us keep events organized, safe, and efficient by making sure important participant information, emergency contacts, medical details, and consent forms are collected in advance. This allows our team to focus on delivering a smooth experience on-site instead of managing paperwork at check-in.

Completing your waiver ahead of time also helps avoid delays, protects athletes, coaches, organizers, and venues, and ensures everyone understands the risks and responsibilities involved in participating in freestyle trampoline activities.

FTA / ACON Action Zone Waiver

Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability & Media Consent

I understand that participating in the FTA / ACON Action Zone, including use of the ACON X trampoline and related equipment, involves risks. These risks may include falls, collisions, hard landings, sprains, broken bones, concussion, head/neck/back injuries, paralysis, serious injury, or death.

I confirm that I, or my child, am physically able to participate and will not jump if injured, unwell, under the influence, or medically advised not to participate.

I agree that the participant must follow all rules and instructions from FTA, ACON, venue staff, volunteers, and event officials. I understand that staff may stop or remove any participant for unsafe behaviour or failure to follow instructions.

I voluntarily assume all risks connected with participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless the Freestyle Trampoline Association, Freestyle Trampoline Inc., ACON, the event venue, event organizers, staff, volunteers, contractors, partners, sponsors, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, damages, injuries, losses, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the FTA / ACON Action Zone.

In the event of an injury or emergency, I authorize event staff or medical personnel to provide or arrange emergency assistance. I understand that I am responsible for any related medical or emergency costs.

I also understand that photos, videos, interviews, livestreams, and other media may be captured during the event. I give permission for the participant’s image, voice, name, likeness, and performance to be used by FTA, ACON, event partners, sponsors, and media teams for promotional, social media, broadcast, commercial, educational, and archival purposes without payment or further approval.
